IV NamBan Cup

The IV NamBan Cup is a tournament open to all levels of go and to all Spanish and foreign players who wish to register. Your participation will be registered in EGD as a class A tournament.

Registration is subject to capacity limitations.

• Mc-Mahon system, 5 rounds
• Even games
• Japanese rules (rules)
• Time: 60 minutes per player, plus Canadian byo-yomi (20 stones in 5 minutes). With digital clocks, players will have 3 periods of 20 seconds each.
• Komi: 6.5

All players must pay before the due date in order to get the discount. In the case of special rates for minors and the legally unemployed, the same day of the tournament they must provide the necessary documentation proving the application of the rate. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

• The Cervantes Prizes will be awarded to the best players under the bar in each category: SDK (single digit kyu, i.e. 9k or higher) and DDK (double digit kyu, i.e. 10 kyu or lower). They are as follows:

There are many accommodation options for different budgets. We recommend central areas such as Callao, Sol, Plaza de Espana or Argüelles because of their easy connection to the venue.
